Interior Beams and Mantel

Reclaimed old growth Douglas Fir jump started this interior remodel. Adding character to the wood, old nail holes and cracks stand out in the lumber. Joining them end to end also added an interesting detail to the ceiling of this home. Using the same lumber, a hand carved mantel was installed to bring a sense of unity and harmony to this space.
